Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Complete with their original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Free from damage or signs of use.
For an approved exchange, you are responsible for:
- A Rp 25.000 packaging and handling fee.
- Return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact us via WhatsApp and wait for approval before sending your item back.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Returns & refunds
Returns are only accepted for approved damaged or defective item claims. Confirmed lost packages may qualify for a replacement or refund; no return is required.
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method, and estimated processing time. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete it.
Items excluded from exchanges
Unless required by applicable consumer law, exchanges are not available for:
- Pierced earrings, body jewellery, and hair accessories, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
These exclusions do not affect claims for damaged or defective items.
